I would like to take a moment to thank Mark for using his valuable time to find a door lock replacement for me. I visited every home improvement store in the area yesterday. I even had one employee tell me that I would have to buy a new door. I had almost given up hope of finding what I needed. "We bought our 1991 home a year ago and soon discovered that the Biltbest windows were in bad shape. 21 years of weather and lack of maintenance had taken their toll. The seals were shot and our energy bills, we soon discovered, were through the roof. You could actually hear the wind whistle through most of the windows and feel the drafts. Just a note to say glad I found your site again, searching the internet. I purchased some BestBilt parts from you a few years ago to fix my casement windows and was in need of two more. I placed the order this morning and figured I would get a couple of extra, being I have fifteen on these in the house.
